Tom Scott Antiques has dated this piece to the 1880s.
The burr walnut is book matched to the doors and also to the main surface too.

There are two shelves inside the cupboard and also the base, so you have three full width areas for storage. Perhaps this would be ideal as a drinks cabinet with room to display some cut crystal decanters and some period glasses, with the bottles etc tucked away inside. Or, this could also make a stunning hall piece as an alternative to a console table.

The top gallery section is removable and also the pair of Corinthian columns have their original wooden threads, so you can unscrew these which makes moving the cabinet very easy.
The base section also have a full height pair of turned and fluted columns, again finished with beautiful brass capitols.

In all, a very fine piece, elegant in style and form and in super condition. Any queries, don't hesitate to get in touch.
