The case has a light surface marking from use and a couple of small "dings" to the edge but overall it is in nice condition for an 1890s piece.

The acrylic lens is in nice condition.
The enamel dial has several very faint hairline cracks although hardly noticeable to the naked eye. Gold hands and a blued steel chronograph hand which runs constantly as the start stop button has been disconnected.
