Description

Gents Longines automatic wrist watch, 1966.

The watch has a Longines 352 automatic movement (with ball bearing rotor) which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 13,570,266 dates it back to 1966.

The watch measures 35mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is stainless steel and the main body is in good condition. The screw-on case back has a long service inscription dated 1969 from Connolleys of Blackley, who were manufacturers of telephone cables. There is some surface scratching to the case back.

The winding crown is a later plain replacement.

The signed dial is in lovely condition.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
