The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1930s.
The watch has a Swiss stem-winding movement which is working nicely.
The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover which has a little scratching.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is the gold plated Star model from the Dennison Watch Case Company, a prolific manufacturer who supplied various watch makers with cases. Overall the condition is good, just the odd minor mark.
The acrylic lens is in good condition.
The dial is in lovely condition with original blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
