1920s Omega pocket watch and chain.

The watch has a stem-winding movement, 40.6L, which is working nicely. The 40.6L movement has 15 jewels,a Breguet hairspring and compensating balance. The movement is fully signed with the Omega name and the serial number 6,056478 which dates it back to around 1923. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover which has a small indentation.

The watch measures 49mm diameter excluding the winding stem, crown and loop. The case is signed with the early Omega logo to the inside of the back cover. The case has light surface marking from use and a few mild bruises to the back but overall it is in nice condition for a 1920s piece.

The acrylic lens is in good condition.

The signed dial has blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track. There is some damage at number 11 and several faint hairline cracks

The watch comes with a single chain, 31cm long including the clasps.

The watch and chain will be sent in a new presentation box.
