-Welcome to Mersham Manor Antiques-
A very charming Charles II oak dresser of small proportions.
c.1680.
The two plank top over two frieze drawers, having geometrically moulded fronts, retaining the original brass knobs and brass escutcheons. The escutcheons are particularly lovely, being of a very ornate baroque design.
Decorative shaped apron.
Turned baluster supports to the front. Square section legs to the back.
Wonderful rich warm patina.
Good practical small width.
In excellent antique condition. With minor expected general signs of age and use.
Very solid, sturdy and strong.
