19th Century Antique Howard & Sons Chest of Drawers

A very good quality, solid antique pine chest of drawers by one of England's best 19th century furniture makers, Howard & Sons, London. In very good, clean condition, this antqiue pine chest is stamped by the maker and also has the original, paper Howard & Sons label. This Howard antique pine chest has two short drawers over two long drawers, they all run smoothly and have the original turned wooden handles and between the drawers is a simulated bamboo decoration. Dating from around 1870, this Howard antique pine chest of drawers is a lovely model and stands well on bracket feet.
