Description

1920s Waltham pocket watch.

The watch has a stem-winding movement, grade 610, which is working well. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 24137147 which dates it back to 1924. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50.7mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the stem. The case is gold plated and is the Star model made by the Dennison Watch Case Company, Dennisons manufactured most of the cases for Waltham UK. The case has light surface marking from use but overall it is in nice condition for a 1920s piece.

The glass lens has minor marking from use but overall it is in nice condition.

The signed white dial is in good condition and has blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
