The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1900s.
The watch has a stem-winding movement, grade 625, which is working nicely. The beautifully patterned movement is good quality with star wheel regulator and Breguet hairspring. It is fully signed and the serial number 15,832,516 dates it back to 1907. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.
The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop.
The case is in good condition, just a couple of small minor indentations to the back which show at certain angles.
The glass lens has a 2mm scratch but you need to look quite carefully to see it.
The signed dial is in lovely condition.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
