The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1900s.
The watch has a stem-winding movement, Sterling grade, which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 15370957 dates it back to 1906.
The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside both of the case backs for Birmingham 1907 with a case makers mark for the Dennison Watch Case Co... Dennisons made cases for the majority of Waltham UK's watches. The case has la couple of small patches of unevenness but overall very acceptable for a piece from the early 1900s.

The acrylic lens is in nice condition.
The dial is signed Waltham and it has its original blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
The watch comes in a new presentation box.
