1800. It has a moulded top above three graduating cock-beaded drawers with lion head embossed handles and stands on shaped bracket feet. This country chest has the genuine charm and character of a piece that is over 200 years old and has aged to a warm Mahogany shade with a striking grain, good patina and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
