The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The watch has a nice quality Swiss, stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is stamped 17 jewels, 2 adjustments, Swiss made. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.
The watch itself measures 50.4mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold filled and is the Montauk model made by the Fahys Watch Case Company .
The back cover has monogrammed initials.

The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside there is an acrylic lens which is in nice condition.
The white enamel dial is signed with the retaillers name R.Richardson Middlesbrough. The dial is in nice condition.
The watch has blued steel hands.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
