The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1910s.
The watch has a stem-winding movement, grade 301, which is working nicely. The movement is signed and the serial number 17365687 dates it back to 1914. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 47.3mm diameter excluding the stem, crown and loop. The case was made by the Philadelphia Watch Case Company and is gold filled. The case is in nice condition with only a couple of small "dings" to the front cover. The front cover has monogrammed initials to the central cartouche.

The signed dial has a couple of very faint hairline cracks below the sub seconds dial but otherwise it is in nice condition.
The watch has its original blued steel hands.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
