Description

Gents 1950s MuDu Doublematic wrist watch.

The watch has an automatic movement which is working nicely.

The watch measures 30mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs so although originally designed to be worn by a man, it is on the smaller side and would suit a slimmer wrist. The case is gold plated and it is in very nice condition. The screw-on case back is stainless steel.

The lens is in good condition too.

The signed dial is in super original condition with original dauphine shaped hands and seconds sweep.

A later leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in a presentation box from retailers Carrington & Co Ltd, silversmiths and jewellers 'by Appointment to Her Majesty the Queen'. The box is a bit tatty but still good to have.
