The watch itself measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold plated and is the Russell model made by the Illinois Watch Case Company. The case has light surface marking from use and a couple of mild bruises to the back cover but overall it is in nice condition for a 1930s piece.

The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside, there is an acrylic lens which is in nice condition.
The double sunk dial is signed Thomas Russell & Son Liverpool. The dial has a very faint hairline crack at 1 o'clock although hardly noticeable but otherwise it is in nice condition .
The watch has blued steel hands.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
