Description

Antique 1920s Limit pocket watch.

The watch has a high grade Swiss stem-winding movement with 17 jewels and a micro regulator which is working well. The movement was made by Thommen for Limit and is signed Limit, 17 jewels, Swiss made. The movement is protected by an inner hinged dust cover.

The watch measures 50.5mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is 10 ct gold filled and is the Moon model made by the Dennison Watch Case Company. The case has light surface marks from use and a couple of small "Dings" to the back but overall it is in nice condition for a 1920s piece.

The glass lens is in nice condition.

The dial is signed Limit and is in nice condition.

The watch has its original gold hands and blued steel sub seconds hand.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
