The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1930s.
The watch has a good quality Swiss stem-winding movement, Cyma calibre 999a, which is working well. The movment is stamped Craftsman, 15 jewels, 3 adjustments, Swiss made and the calibre number 999a.
The watch itself measures 51mm diameter excluding the stem and the loop. The case is nickel and is the Cuprel model made by the Dennison Watch Case Company.

The case has a screw on front & back and is in nice condition with only minor marking from use.
The glass lens is in nice condition.
The white enamel dial is signed Craftsman. This brand name was registered by at least five companies in the first half of the 20th Century. The dial has a faint hairline crack between the centre and 2 o'clock but otherwise it is in nice condition.

The watch has its original blued steel hands.
The watch comes on a vintage chain with horseshoe fob. The chain measures 25cm including the clasps. The horseshoe fob has a coppered horseshoe design with a green glass centre.
The watch & chain will be sent in a new presentation box.
