Description

Antique silver Waltham Traveler pocket watch.

The watch has a stem-winding movement, Traveler grade, which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 11211432 dates it back to 1902. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50.6mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside the case back for Birmingham 1903 with a case maker's mark for Aaron Dennison, a prolific case maker who supplied cases to Waltham UK.

The case has light surface marking from use and a mild bruise to the back but overall it is in nice condition for a 1900s piece.

The glass lens is in nice condition.

The signed white enamel dial has a very faint hairline crack between 3 & 4 o'clock but otherwise it is in nice condition.

The watch has its original blued steel hands.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
