Description

The watch has a good quality 15-jewel, four adjustments, Movado hand-winding movement, calibre 420, which is working nicely.

The watch measures 35mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the fixed wire lugs. The case is silver and it is hallmarked for Birmingham 1919 with a case maker's mark for Aaron Dennison, the Dennison Watch Case Company made cases for various watch makers. The case has a screw fitting bezel and back, an early attempt at waterproofing but, as with any vintage watch, it should be kept away from water and moisture.

The watch glass is in good condition, as is the dial.

A later leather strap has been fitted.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
