1922 Silver Waltham Full Hunter Pocket Watch

1922 silver Waltham full hunter pocket watch.

The watch has a stem-winding movement, grade 610, which is working nicely. The nicely patterned movement is fully signed and the serial number 24,131,696 dates it back to 1922. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 52mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside the three covers for Birmingham 1923, together with a case maker's mark for Aaron Dennison of the Dennison Watch Case Company. The company made the majority of cases for Waltham UK. The case has the odd little mark and some gentle unevenness to the back but overall very acceptable for a piece that is almost 100 years old.

The winding crown pushes in to release the front cover (it does not spring open). The lens is in good condition.

The signed dial is in good condition too and has blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
