Good decorative French c19th painted commode chest of drawers.
Lovely colour tones to this piece and the four full width drawers also giving good storage space too.
Three different hand painted scenes to the drawers and the top frieze drawer being finished to match the rest of the chest of drawers.
The condition is good with just a few small areas where the paint has been knocked, mostly to the sides and I will do my best to disguise these so they blend.
Great piece for everyday use, but would also work well as a stand alone decor piece too. I have a number of suitable French mirrors that you could hang above this chest, so please do take a look at my other items.
The three drawers have later added drawer pulls, so the locks have been removed.
