Sensational Burr Pollard Oak Victorian Antique Chest of Drawers by Lambs of Manchester

This Sensational 19th Century Burr Pollard Oak Victorian Antique Chest of Drawers is by the renowned makers Lambs of Manchester and dates from ca. 1880 and comes with a V&A Museum letter. It has a cross banded top with rounded moulded corners above four graduating Mahogany lined drawers that have unusual Arts & Crafts decorative beadings. It still retains its original turned handles and the drawer centres are in the most stunning burr pollard Oak. The corners are canted and rounded and this fine antique chest of drawers stands on a moulded rounded plinth. The Oak has been finished to a golden shade by our professional antiques furniture restorers using traditional methods whilst still retaining its beautiful charm and character, so is in lovely condition.
