The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1940s.
The watch has a hand-winding movement, calibre 27.3, which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 1,671,599 dates it back to 1945.
The watch is a good size at 35mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is stainless steel and it is in good condition.
The case is in good condition, just light marking but nothing serious at all for a 1940s piece. We believe the winding crown to be a replacement but of the correct style, originally this case had an unsigned crown.

The lens is in good condition.
The signed dial has been professionally re-finished to a high standard. Original hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers.
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
