An antique gun metal Omega pocket watch.

The watch has a stem-winding movement which is working nicely. As with early Omega pocket watches, the serial number will be underneath the dial. The movement is signed with the Omega logo on the balance cock and can also be identified as being by Omega from the shape of the plates. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 47.2mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The gun metal case is in good condition and has rose gold embellishments. The case has light surface marking from use but overall it is in nice condition for an early 1900s piece.

The watch glass is in nice condition with only the odd minor mark from use.

The white enamel dial, left blank for the jeweller to add their details if required, has a couple of hairline cracks and an old repair to the outer edge between 12 & 1 o'clock.

The watch has its original gold hands and a blued steel sub seconds hand.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
