The dresser is in excellent condition, which is commensurate with its age. Nominal old use marks to the leading edges and top, including inside of drawers, but nothing significant considering the age of them. The drawer fronts incorporate replacement period Victorian brass knobs. The dresser is raised on its original legs, frame, top, drawer linings, bottoms and backboards. The dresser has been cleaned and French polished in our workshops. It has a fantastic rich brown oak colour and patination this can only be achieved through age and years of care and cleaning it has received. The dresser is well constructed, solid in joint with no loose movements and is ready to be used.
