Description

Victorian Mahogany 2 Part Brass Bound Military Chest with Secretaire. The flush top having brass corner protectors. The mahogany lined drawers with brass inset handles and round escutcheons to the brass locks which are engraved with the Victoria Crown. The central drawer having a fall front to reveal a fitted interior of 3 pigeon holes with shaped arcaded tops beside 3 short drawers all over a long drawer. These with bone turned knob handles. The fall held by single brass clip. This flanked by 4 short drawers over 3 long drawers. All drawers with Bramah locks stamped VR. & Crown. Each corner below the drawers having brass protectors. All on turned feet.
