George III North Country Chest-of-drawers

Description

A fine quality late 18th century CHEST OF DRAWERS, probably from the North Country.

Below the solid top are two short and three long graduated drawers, flanked by attractive quartered "Corinthian" columns, whilst the whole chest is raised on solid mahogany ogee feet. The good ornate swan-neck handles are original and this good chest measures 41.5ins wide; 20ins deep and 32ins high. (105x51x81cms).
