The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1930s.
The watch has a seven jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the serial number dates it back to 1933.
The watch measures 31mm wide excluding the winding crown and 31mm high excluding the lugs. The case is 9 carat rose gold and there are hallmarks inside the case back for Glasgow 1934 with an unusual case maker's mark &RHJS (this is quite an unusual case maker's mark for a Waltham watch, we have only seen a handful of examples).

The lens is in good condition.
The signed dial is in beautiful condition and has blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
