A Vintage 1930s H Samuel Acme Lever Pocket Watch & Chain.

Description

A vintage 1930s H Samuel Acme lever pocket watch & chain.

The watch has a stem winding movement which is working well. The nicely jewelled movement is stamped 15 jewels, Swiss made.

The watch measures 50.8 mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The chrome plated nickel case is the Cuprel model made by the Dennison Watch Case Co. The case has some surface marking and mild bruising to the back from use but overall it is in nice condition for a 1930s piece.

The glass lens is in nice condition.

The dial is signed Acme lever, H.Samuel, Manchester with Swiss made at the bottom. The dial is in nice condition.

The watch has its original gold coloured Breguet style hands.

The watch comes on a vintage albert chain which measures 24.5cm long including the clasp and T bar.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
