Antique English silver pocket watch & chain, retailled by T A Henn Wolverhampton

The watch has an Engilsh key-wound movement signed T A Henn, Wolverhampton, which is working nicely. A winding key is included. The movement is protected by an inner fitted cover.

The watch itself measures 51.8mm diameter excluding the stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside the case back for London 1917 together with a case maker’s mark T.R.A. (Thomas Richard Arnott , Chester Street, Coventry ) . The case has light surface marking from use and a small bruise to the back but overall it is in nice condition.

The acrylic lens is in nice condition.

The white enamel dial is signed T.A Henn, Wolverhampton, it has several faint hairline cracks although hardly noticeable but otherwise is in good condition.

The watch comes on a silver double albert chain with fob.

The chain has the lion passant mark on each link and Birmingham hallmarks for 1915.

Each of the chains measure 20cm including the T bar and clasp.

The fob has Birmingham hallmarks for 1910.

The chain and fob weigh 36 grams in total.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
