Description

Circa 1890, exhibition quality Victorian figured walnut chest of drawers by Morisons of Edinburgh. The rectangular top with rounded corners and carved fore-edges over two short and three long, cedar-lined drawers with panelled fronts and beaded moulded edges with rare silver plated handles and shaped escutcheons; flanked by rounded corners with lovely trailing foliage carvings; supported on a moulded base over neat bun feet.
