Description

A large 18th Century Cheshire oak dresser base, the top crossbanded in mahogany with a thumb moulded edge above a selection of seven crossbanded oak lined drawers, one drawer at the centre flanked either side by three graduated drawers, either side of the drawers having reeded quarter columns, the drawers having brass plate handles and escutcheons, with a cupboard at the centre with an arched fielded panel door opening to reveal a single fixed shelf inside, standing on ogee bracket feet. Circa 1760.
