The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1880s.
The watch has a key-winding movement, American watch co grade, which is working nicely. A winding key is included.

The watch measures 41.4mm diameter excluding the stem and the loop so slightly smaller than a standard 50mm pocket watch, but not as small as a lady's fob watch. The case is silver and has Birmingham hallmarks for 1883. The case is in nice condition with only minor marking from use.

The watch comes with a single albertina , stamped sterling, 18cm long including the T-bar and the clasp.
The watch and chain will be sent in a new presentation box.
