Magnificent Large Serpentine Fronted Antique Victorian Sideboard

This Magnificent Victorian Serpentine Antique Mahogany Sideboard is of larger proportions and dates from ca. 1870. It has a raised removable beautifully shaped and carved back above a serpentine shaped top with moulded edge and two concealed frieze drawers. Below are four shaped doors with moulded edges, carvings and spectacular carved corbels. This wonderful antique sideboard stands on a shaped plinth, three interiors have a central fixed shelf and one has sliding linen trays. It has aged to a rich warm Mahogany shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
