Antique 1903 Waltham Full Hunter Pocket Watch

Antique 1903 Waltham full hunter pocket watch.

The watch has a stem-winding movement, grade 620, which is working nicely. The handsomely patterned movement is fully signed and the serial number 13,338,610 dates it back to 1903, the same year the Wright brothers made the first sustained motorized aircraft flight in North Carolina.

The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is 14ct gold plated and was made by the English watch case maker Aaron Dennison, the Dennison Watch Case Company made the majority of cases for Waltham UK.

The case is in good condition with just a slight indentation to the back, nothing serious at all.

The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside there is an acrylic lens which is in good condition.

The signed dial is in very nice condition and has blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers with red numbers.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
