A 19thc French Oak and Elm Buffet

Description

A rustic mid 19thC oak and elm French buffet. The colour and patina is excellent together with original drawer pulls lock escutcheons and long brass hinges. Shaped frieze and feet. Solid peg and tenon construction....all completely treated for worm as a precaution. Some old characterful restoration patches to the top.

Twin upper drawers both of which run freely. Double panel door cupboard below with its original deep shelf. Sprung lh door catch and lockable rh door with a working key.

Overall a lovely original piece ready to stand in a beautiful kitchen or hall.
