Spectacular Figured Walnut Victorian Display Bookcase / Credenza

This Spectacular Quality Figured Walnut Victorian open fronted Display Bookcase / Credenza dates from ca. 1860 and was built by a true Victorian craftsman. It has the most stunning figured serpentine shaped top with moulded edge above beautifully turned barley twist columns. The front is open, the central section has an adjustable shelf with mirrored back and the outer two sections have mirrored backs to display your prised figurines or vases. It stands on a shaped base and has aged to a Golden Walnut shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
