Made from rosewood, which has stunning rich figuring and contrasting colours to the timbers.
The upper section having the original brass gallery-rail over brass supports. This section is ideal for books.
Below is a two door cabinet having very attractive original cream/ light gold knot-pleated silk material to the door fronts, which then open to reveal a fully adjustable two shelved interior, giving many options of size.
Quite an unusual feature and shows the quality of this elegant chiffonier.
Working lock with the original key.
