Superb Antique Early Victorian Flamed Mahogany Scotch Chest of Drawers C1840 Wdb220/18.12

This is a superb antique early victorian flamed mahogany scotch chest of drawers and dating from aorund 1840. It has a rounded edge to the top with deep cross banded frieze above a central squared panelled hat drawer with working key and with two small drawers to either side. There are three long graduating drawers all of which are pine lined with turned & ebonised knob handles. To either side there is a turned column and it stands on lovely turned feet.

It is in very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the mahogany.

Measures: 49" high X 21,5" deep X 48" wide
