Description

Gents silver trench watch, c1910s.

The watch has a gilt Swiss movement by Fontainemelon which is working nicely.

The watch measures 32.5mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the fixed wire lugs. The case is silver and there are Continental silver hallmarks inside the hinged case back. The front of the case is in good condition. There is some unevenness to the back of the watch. Later winding crown.

The acrylic lens is in good condition.

The white enamel dial is in lovely condition and has pin-set hour and minute hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
