The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1940s.
The watch has a calibre 30 T2 hand-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 9,394,759 dates it back to around 1942.
The watch is a good wearable size at 34.5mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the lugs. The case is marked Acier Staybrite...
The case has light marking but overall is very good for a watch from the 1940s. The inside of the case back has the Omega triangular stamp.

The winding crown is probably a later replacement.
The lens is in good condition.
The signed dial has been professionally refinished at some stage, probably some years ago.
A new leather strap has been fitted although it has a vintage buckle.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
