Tom Scott Antiques has dated this piece to the 1900s.

The top is a superb piece on mahogany with good solid brass double banded inlay, below on the four upright supports, you will see further brass mounts and also the single full width adjustable shelf is also fronted with a brass inlay.

Standing on typical gilded gadrooned feet with two further legs hidden away at the rear in the centre. You can see these on the photo showing the rear panels.
I would say this is Regency in style, but most likely it has been made in the late c19th.

This piece would also work rather well as a living room piece holding your tv and media equipment too perhaps!
