For sale this very rare Lancashire & Yorkshire railway issued chronograph pocket watch dating to pre 1923. This gun metal cased pocket chronograph is inscribed on the inner movement dust cover with the company logo L.Y.R. The watch case number and movement numbers all match. Probably issued to the engineering department this very rare version has been a working tool watch, but is still in excellent full working order holding time. The dial although not chipped or repaired does shown some very fine hair lines that has to be expected with this type of working tool watch.
