Antique pocket watch, pre-raphaelite design.

The watch has a cylinder movement which is working nicely and keeping good time to within around five minutes over 24 hours.

The watch measures 53mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the loop. The case is beautifully detailed on all sides, including a pre-raphaelite style girl to the back of the watch. The case was made by Boite Artistique de Geneve and indeed they won medals for their cases in Geneva in 1896 and also in Paris in 1900.

The watch glass is in good condition.

The off-white dial is in very nice condition. Pin set hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and hand-painted gold minute markers.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
