Victorian Burr Walnut Wellington Chest

Description

Circa 1860, a mid-Victorian burr walnut wellington chest. The top is in mirrored walnut veneers, and burr walnut gables, with a configuration of 7 drawers with turned knob handles and burr walnut veneers. There are hinged pilasters either side of this, with one featuring a lock (for locking the chest), and it all stands on an enclosed plinth.
