The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The watch has a stem-winding movement which is working well.
The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50.5mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold plated and is the Star model made by the Dennison Watch Case Company, a prolific case manufacturer based in England who made cases for various watch manufacturers. The case is in good condition, just general light surface marks from use, nothing serious at all.

The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside there is an acrylic lens which has a small mark at 8 o'clock but otherwise it is in nice condition.
The signed dial has a couple of very faint hairline cracks although hardly noticeable but overall it is in nice condition.
The watch has its original blued steel hands.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
