The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1890s.
It is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 9,384,462 which dates it back to 1899.

The watch measures 52mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold plated and was made by the Dennison Watch Case Company, a prolific manufacturer of cases for various watch makers, and they had a particularly close business relationship with Waltham. The case is in good condition, just a little marking to the edge but nothing serious.

The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside, the acrylic lens is in good condition, as is the signed white dial.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
