Description

A 1920s Limit No 2 pocket watch.

The watch has a Swiss signed stem-winding movement, made by Thommen for Limit… it is working nicely. The movement is signed Limit No2, 15 jewels, Swiss made.

The watch measures 50.7mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold plated and was made in England by the Eclipce Watch Case Company… the movements were often imported into the UK to be cased in readiness for onward retail. The case is in nice condition with only minor marking from use.

The acrylic lens is in nice condition with only minor marking from use.

The signed white enamel dial is in nice condition with blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
