A very charming early 18th century oak chest of drawers.
c1720.

Having five drawers in total, two short drawers to the top, over three long graduating drawers.
Brass pendant handles, with spit-pin backs, retaining the original locks and ornate escutcheons.
Pine lined drawers.

The chest is a wonderful colour, rich and warm, having developed a glowing warm patina.
Original backboards.
Standing on the original bracket feet.
The condition overall is excellent antique condition, very solid sturdy and strong. Expected signs of age and use. There is a historical repair to the oak around the bottom drawer escutcheon, shown in the pictures.
