Description

A mid-size Helvetia 9ct rose gold wrist watch, 1943.

The watch has a signed 15-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely.

The watch measures 28mm wide excluding the winding crown and 28mm high excluding the lugs. The case is gold and there are hallmarks inside the case back for London 1943. There is the odd minor mark to the case, and some unevenness to the back of the watch. Originally the case back would have been hinged but now it is just clip on, but it is very secure.

The lens is in good condition.

The signed dial is in good original condition, just a little darkening but nothing serious at all.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
